1. Apartment examination

1.1. Apartment examination is realized only through our web-site. You can look at all the available apartments rented by the day at the web-site, and every apartment has its own web-page with detailed description and photos. We do not offer apartment demonstration for reservation, as hotel-type apartments are rented by the day, and we cannot show you one while there are other clients staying in it. We do hope you will understand this situation. We’ve intentionally taken detailed photos of every apartment for you to have a decent idea about it. We guarantee that every photo of the apartment fully corresponds to the facts.

1.2. The exception, when we set up a preliminary examination, is in the case of the request to stay for 10 days and more. Given opportunity is conditional on the availability of the apartment for a preliminary examination.

 

2. Check-in policy

2.1. It is possible to check in starting from 13:00.

2.2. If necessary to settle in before 13:00, one need order the service “early check-in”. Given service is paid for at the rate of a half price for a day of accommodation. Given service is available if an apartment is booked in advance. Please let us know beforehand, if you would like to check in before 13:00. You can leave your things in our office as well.

2.3. To avoid misunderstanding we ask you to confirm your coming in a day before the check-in.

2.4. The obligatory condition to check in the apartment is a 100% payment for the whole period of staying.

2.5. If additional keys are necessary one needs to gage 50 hrn.

 

3. Check-out policy

3.1. The check-out from the apartment is at 12:00 regardless of the time of check-in.

3.2. If the check-out after 12:00 is needed, one should order the service “late check-out”. Given service is paid for at the rate of:

• check-out before 18:00 – an additional payment at the rate of a half price for a day of accommodation is needed;
• check-out after 18:00 - an additional payment at the rate of a day of accommodation is needed.

The possibility of the service “late check-out” is conditional on the availability of the apartment for a particular day. According to your request the administrator of our company will confirm or deny the possibility of providing the given service. It’s recommended that the service “late check-out” be ordered while preliminary booking the apartment. You can leave your things in our office as well.

3.3.You need to contact out administrator at our working hours (9:00-23:00) at least 3 hours before the check-out toconfirm the exact time of the check-out.

3.4. Our employee will come to you at the apartment to take the keys and the apartment back at the time you have earlier agreed upon. Please, let us know beforehand, if you want to check out before or after earlier defined time.

3.5. In case you need to check out before the earlier defined time, you should contact our administrator to change the time of the check-out from the apartment. Please, let us know beforehand, if your check-out time has changed.

3.6 In case of losing the key the 50hrn-fine is imposed.

 

4. Apartment accommodation rules

4.1. The apartment is for accommodation only. The notion of “accommodation” excludes carrying out any noisy events, which might cause inconvenience to the neighbors or violate public order and might cause damage to the property in the rented apartment. Due to the Ukrainian law it’s prohibited

• to make noise from с 21-00 to 8-00, to make music/TV loud, conduct any job associated with rattling or other mechanical noises in the apartment;
• having any celebrations, parties or other noisy group events in the apartment.

In case of violation of this point we reserve the right to untenant you immediately without the refund: upfront payment, accommodation charge or monetary deposit.

4.2. You bear full pecuniary responsibility for the actions of the third parties being in the apartment with your knowledge.

 

5. Policy of changing the duration of the accommodation

5.1. If there’s a need to change earlier stated duration of the accommodation you need to contact our administrator to change the time and date of checking out of the apartment. Please let us know as early as possible, if you need to change the duration of the accommodation.

5.2. In case while staying you would like to extend the stated number of days of accommodation, we’ll look into the possibility of extending due to your request. The possibility of extending is conditional on the availability of apartments for the extended dates. Due to your request the administrator will confirm the possibility of extending the duration of the accommodation in the apartment or will offer an alternative option of staying in another apartment for the same price. The obligatory condition of extending the duration of accommodation is a 100% payment for the whole extended period of staying.

5.3. In case while staying you reduce the number of stated days of staying you will face a fine at the rate of a price for one day of accommodation. The money for the decreased duration of accommodation is refunded to you after deduction the fine.
